The 2024 Artist Portal Pilot Project

Thank you for your interest in the Santa Fe Gallery Association's Artist Portal. We are so excited to continue to hone and refine this exciting opportunity for artists and our membership to find the artist/gallery match of their dreams.


As costs continue to rise, we have reluctantly decided we must increase the per image submission fee to $20. Artists must submit a minimum of 3 images and no more than 10. Regardless of the number of images submitted, only 3 works advance to the Catalog from each successful juried entry.


Our jurors care deeply about this project and take the time to offer brief feedback to submissions not accepted into the current catalog. We do this in order to help artists create successful entries in the future and to assist in their ultimate career development.


All entries juried into the Catalog remain there for a full year from the date they were added to the Catalog. The Catalog is only available to SFGA members in good standing. Artists and the public are not given access to the Catalog. We do this to protect you and your work.


Artists are encouraged to reapply annually, as jurors change, and gallerists needs change, too. We try to process all submissions within 30 days, but there are times when it takes up to 6 weeks to process submissions. Processing time has nothing to do with the quality of an artists' submission and everything to do with the availability of our jurors, which can vary greatly throughout the year.
