Illuminations in Glass opens June 1 and will be on exhibit through June 30th, 2022 with an opening reception on Friday, June 3, from 5-7 pm. Santa Fe’s Summer, its color, vitality and poetic emergence are a revelation! Illuminations in Glass presents the very best of new works by glass artists in this first-time invitational group exhibition at Winterowd Fine Art.
After a long rich, deep winter and spring of shaping hot glass Winterowd artists and invited glass sculptors are ready to reveal their dynamic and beautiful new art works just as Spring yields to Summer. This show includes wildly diverse glass making techniques: casting, blowing, cutting, and kilnformed. There is an abundance of beauty to explore in this exhibition as each featured artist shares their own vivid voice. Gallery and invited artists include Karen Bexfield, Cal Breed, Emily Brock, Steve Hagan, Willi Haye, Mark Leputa, Dylan Martinez, Aya Oki and Sarah Vaughn.
Winterowd Fine Art is located on world famous Canyon Road in the Santa Fe Gallery Association's Canyon Road Arts District. Make this a Summer to remember and take in the light at Illuminations in Glass.
