Terms and Conditions

Delivery and transportation to and from the exhibition space are the responsibility of the individual artist or representing gallery.

We highly recommend adding a rider to your gallery or business insurance to cover the off-site display of the artwork. While the airport has security and fire alarms in place, their insurance does not extend to the artwork on display.

The Santa Fe Gallery Association is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of any actions related to the curation of artwork for the Santa Fe airport. Every effort will be made to protect and respect any artworks on loan for exhibition, however we cannot guarantee that the process will be flawless.

For your protection, artwork will be signed into and out of our care on the delivery and pick up dates. The work will be hung, exhibited, and lit to provide an exceptional experience to visitors to the airport. Inquiries will be directed to you. We ask that sales of works allow for delivery after the exhibition has concluded.

Sales resulting from the exhibition confer to the artist and or representing gallery according to their exclusive agreement and will not be collected, processed or owed to the Santa Fe Gallery Association, Santa Fe Airport or City of Santa Fe Arts & Culture Department.
